Seth Brackman is a graduate of Missouri Western State College and Washburn University School of Law. Seth’s career priority has been criminal law, to include traffic such as DUI, and has built a reputation for being a top trial attorney. His jury trial experience covers everything from DUI to Jessica’s Law to murder. Seth fiercely defends his clients with empathy and action. He believes in working closely with clients and treating each individual with dignity and respect. To that end, Seth is constantly growing his knowledge through a variety of training and education opportunities.
Seth is certified by The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in the Administration and Interpretation of the Standardized Field Sobriety Test Battery, which is the same training law enforcement officers receive. In 2023, Seth attended AXION Labs training and earned Certificates of Completion in Forensic Chromatography: Theory & Practice (2023), Forensic Analysis of Solid Drug (2023), and The Science of DUID (2023). After passing a rigorous examination, Seth earned the designation of Forensic Lawyer-Scientist by the American Chemical Society’s ACS CHAL section (2023).
Seth is a member of the American Chemical Society’s Chemistry and the Law (CHAL) Division, DUI Defense Lawyers Association, Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Kansas Bar Association.
Seth is proud to be a devoted husband to his wife JaQuita, and father to his son Emilio, and daughters Delena and Victoria.
